A lot of people are right this time Shiraz, you could have done better. I'm disappointed you left out Barbara Streisand.
As an aside, how is it so many liberals don't know Hitler was a socialist? Yeah he killed a lot of people, so did Stalin, they were both leftist liberals. No wonder so many Europeans wackers think we have the worst system of education in the world; the level of ignorance being displayed here is astonishing!

Lemme set you straight. Lenin, Marx, Stalin, Castro and Mao are all Socialists/Communists. Communism isn't the same as being Democratic. Hitler is a Conservative, in that he hated gays, non-Aryans, Socialists and freedom. From what I see, Clinton, Gore, Kerry, Hillary and Colmes are all alright.
Which leaves the rest of your list.
Let's start with Nagin. Who wouldn't hate Nagin? I mean after all, he hated what happened in New Orleans, unlike Barb Bush, who proclaimed that the displaced citizens (not refugees, citizens) loved being cramped up in the Silverdome w/o food, sanitation or basic living supplies. And then made a proclamation of wanting to see a predominantly Black New Orleans return that way, unlike Shwartzanegger or Trent Lott, who are totally fair.
Then we have Michael Moore and Jane Fonda, who last I remember, are merely media mouthpieces, not unlike Rimbob or Coulter. Except for some differences: Fonda and Moore have never insulted another people's customs, and Fonda made #21 on Empire's "100 Sexiest Stars in Film History", instead of being constantly confused for a man (she's not, by the way).
I would talk about everyone you have just mentioned, but I honestly don't have the room. Ciao.

Ok, let us settle this now. A Democrat is in no way related to socialism. Socialism/communism is a system where there is NO monetary unit, there IS democratic control of industry, and there is an absence of a ruling party (basically, all the world is one nation). The Democrats are pro-capitalism, they are obviously in favor of ruling parties (they wish to be one), and they believe that we should divide the world by borders (pretty much the same as Republicans). Socialism is not what the democrats are spreading. As for Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Hitler and the rest of the list (excluding Marx, he was a socialist): they were in favor of a system of state capitalism. The concept of a capitalist simply moved from the form of an individual, to that of the state. Production is still for profit, not need, the concept of "state" is still greatly there, and there is little democracy (Lenin himself even called the system in the USSR state capitalism). The Democrats you have on the list are in no way related to even the system of state capitalism, rather they take a more Republican stance. Hope this helps when you try to make further questions, and please keep the two separate. As a socialist, I do not like being considered a Democrat.

For some people it's not about trust. It's what's in it for me. In every form of government, there are winners and losers. Minorities and poor people usually stand to gain more in with a democrat / socialist. Others with lots of money, feel sorry for other people and think they should give back as a was to repent for their pasts.
The average, middle-class, hard working person is Republican.
All that said, now to answer your question...the people you mention are just good at appearing that they care. They are really only interested in themselves. However, minorities and the poor are usually less educated and therefore do not realize they are being scammed by these pompous losers.
The funny thing is the Democrats are so stupid that they can't even capitalize on the mistakes of GW Bush and the Republicans.
You may disagree with GW (and I certainly do a lot), but at least you know where he stands. The Democrats like to talk big but never have any action.

Can I play, can I play?
I love lists! Especially silly ones!
I think Stalin & Lenin & Marx & Mao would be rolling over in their graves to be included in the same list as Hitler.
Hitler's party the National Socialist Worker's Party was socialist in name only. At the time there were two popular political movemnets within Germany - nationalism & socialism.
Adolf being the up and coming astute politician co-opted both movements to call his party the National Socialist Worker's Party popularly known as Nazi.
Adolf hated socialists & communists as much as he hated Jews.
Can't really speak much about the others on your list.

Ahh Shiraz, Shiraz.. your misdirected hatred and wanton malice leave you exposed as the fascist you clearly are.. but now for the good news.
at the time when I am responding to your post ( not answering a question because there really was none there )
lets see, I count ...including myself..
24... against,
6.. for and
2.. in the middle.
if this is any sort of barometer of the global opinion I would say there is still hope in spite of your best attempts to act or sound populist ..
hate is perceived as hate and your "Venom" as one of the answers put it is the best defense that we "peaceful" people have.
The more you spit and shriek the more obvious you become.. it might be time to change your identity "again" ?

I don't know about all these people, but for your information:
Hitler was not a socialist, he was ... I don't even know what he was!
Castro, Stalin, Lenin, Marx and Mao are COMMUNISTS. Too long to explain you the differences, but if you feel like it, you can open an encyplopedia. And they had their own interpretation of what communism was (ever heard of Stalinism, Leninism, and Marxism?). They basically were dictators.
Now, Bush and his administration are obviously much better! I mean, they invade countries in the Middle East to give the big American companies markets. The fact that American people don't get money out of it seems to be for you irrelevant, as is the fact that the American army are paid by American tax-payers - who don't get anything out it. See where I'm getting at? Probably not. To sum up, the American government doesn't care about the population. What they want is to give money to corporations (because they have interests in those corporations), of course.
PS: you forgot to add someone to your list. Chomsky!!!

To factually demonstrate the moral, ethical, and criminal background of your list is as easy a mouse click away. At one time I thought Americas left was no better than communist dis-information, and now I realize they are by far and away much worse!
You forgot my personal example of their character.
His sixteen year old Male Lover (and him?) ran a brothel for homosexual men out of his Georgetown home. That's worth a bunch of votes in Mass. right Barney Franks?
I would respectfully request that you reconsider Alan Colms...I believe he is not a stupid goof in reality, but plays one on radio and television just for the money!

Hitler was right wing. The Nazi party was authoritarian in nature, and the first against the wall were the liberals and gays. He was an ardent corporatist. The 'socialist' in the acronym NAZI, was used as a ruse to gain the support of the workers, who were strongly socialist at the time.
There is no logical progression in your question. The democrats are no more Marxist than the Republicans.
That you support people like Cheney, Perl, Wolfowitz etc, simply demonstates your lack of cognitive zest.
