Sockeye Salmon from the Mighty Fraser River is without a doubt, the tastiest fish on the planet...starts in freshwater, and then swims out to the Pacific Ocean for 4 years, then makes an incdreible return to the very stream where it started life.....in freshwater of course....no other fish comes lose to the taste of this magnificent fish....come to BC and catch yourself a REAL fish!

Fresh. Salt water fish are pretty but they are too much money too much for me for just being just fish.

Depends on the fish...and the person cooking it.
Lets see -
Sea food...Chilean sea bass is delicious...but we really should stop eating that fish, as it is now endangered of becoming over-harvested and extinct (see link and learn).
Can't beat a good tuna steak, either!
Fresh water fish - what could be better than fresh-caught trout, pan-fried in butter?
Tough choices!
Of course, my preference will also be dictated by the wine selection.
Got salmon? Give me pinot noir!

i like both but find that i usually order salt water fish when dining out
