Fresh. Salt water fish are pretty but they are too much money too much for me for just being just fish.

Depends on the fish...and the person cooking it.
Lets see -
Sea food...Chilean sea bass is delicious...but we really should stop eating that fish, as it is now endangered of becoming over-harvested and extinct (see link and learn).
Can't beat a good tuna steak, either!
Fresh water fish - what could be better than fresh-caught trout, pan-fried in butter?
Tough choices!
Of course, my preference will also be dictated by the wine selection.
Got salmon? Give me pinot noir!
