My wife also likes to watch p*rn, although her "habits" and "tastes" differ from my own.
She's more into orgies, gangbangs, and the non-stop no plot no story post gonzo p*rn, and she has a slight preference for bisexual p*rn, in any (or all) formats.
She obviously doesn't watch much; she watches only a bit when she wants to, usually to turn her one so she can masturbate by herself. She usually likes to watch her p*rn alone when I am not there; she says she's still a bit uncomfortable to watch it with me, even though we've been doing it for years. I think she may be a bit too self-conscious or even "shy" to watch her stuff with me, although I keep reminding her there is absolutly nothing to be ashamed of. So the answer is yes, some women do watch some p*rn even if the product is geared towards the male population with almost no regards to possible female demand... Unless you count the p*rn produced by Candida Royalle (She was a p*rnstar herself in the 70s), which is obviously produced for women (and couples) as opposed to pretty much all the other p*rn out there.
If any women want to "give" p*rn a shot but aren't too keen on being exposed to rough stuff without warning, seek the 35mm film works of Andrew Blake, or some of those shot-on-film "epics" like "PIRATES", or some other couple-oriented material from the company calle VIVID.
