None. This is a normal soil bacterium and is regarded as harmless to people whose immune systems are functioning normally. Although "Bacillus" is the species of the serious disease Anthrax, it is only the strain, Bacillus anthracis, that causes that disease.

In any garden shop you can buy another Bacillus species. Bacillus thuringensis is used to kill grubs if you sprinkle it on your lawn in the fall. It kills grubs that eat the roots of your grass but it is harmless to humans and animals.

Bacillus subtilis is not considered a human pathogen, but it can contaminate food and cause food poisoning.It is found in the soil and its spores are not killed with normal cooking.

Fast answer: Only rarely; mild food poisoning. That's as sick as you can get from it.

In fact, it is used to make certain asian food, so its quite edible actually. ^^
