How about Joaburt? It's French, and was my Great-Grandfather's
family name. It can either me pronounced "Joe Burt" [English] or "Yo Bear" [French] and he could also be called Joa [Joe] or Joab [like the Bible name, Job] for short, if desired. Or also JOab, like the captain of King David's army in the Old Testament.
A Frenchman [from Paris] told me it is a very popular name there, but I have never seen anyone with that name here in the States, except my ancestor. I'm sure he would have been honored, as I would should you choose it.

Here's the meaning of the (short) version:

My idea is to name the kid Joe since it is actually pretty uncommon in younger kids these days. If you don't like that suggestion maybe you could name the kid something totally random and meaningless like Tarr, Butter, Brhead, Light, Crayon, Phensil, License Plate, Cheese, Modem, Laptop, Koffee, Hazlenut, ect.

Or maybe youcould get an endorsement deal and name the kid Mountain Dew, nike, powerade, BMW, Volkswagon, NBC, McDonald, Hess, K-Mart, TGI Friday, Budweiser, Henessy, Penzoil oh the possibilities are endless

Well, I am due Feb 2...my husband and I are looking for a name that means something to our marriage. we got married Aug 31, 2004 in Las Vegas.... we were thinking Sahara for a girl since that was our hotel in Vegas or possibly Vegas for a boy...( maybe as a middle name since it's pretty far out there) maybe you could search for a name that means something private for the 2 of you.....just a suggestion........

I think my son's name is unique but not like totally outragous...it's Martin Eloy Lovato. Well...it's actually a family name but I've never heard of anyone else with that name. It is also good because not alot of people have the name Martin but it's still "normal." Hope this helps!

Go with oldschool or biblical names. My sons name is Asher (one of Jacobs 12 sons) and I have a friend whose kid is named Walter. Trust me there aren't very many Walters at daycare.
