Since the force is being applied evenly, that means that 35000/5, or 7000 N is applied to each car.

Since 7000 N is applied to wagon 1, that leaves 35000 N - 7000N = 28000 N of force to be transferred from wagon 1 to wagon 2.

so the force=(8000/10000)*35000 N=28000 N
