Jack Lalane said that if he had to pick one exercise to do everything; build muscle, provide aerobic benefit etc, it would be swimming. Jack is in his early 90's nowadays and still looks great. He should know! If you can't get to a pool, a brisk walk every day is still excellent

Brisk walking or aerobics are the best. But you will have to control your tongue. Avoid spicy, stale, fatty stimulous nad junk foods. Add sprouts and salads to your meals.

Simplest is brisk walk... may be 4-6 KM every day :-)

jumping rope is great!!! You burn alot of calories and is fun too. Your legs will be sore the next day, but it is a great work out
