Try cutting back on carbohydrates for a few days. Eat meat, cheese, eggs and avoid bread, pastas and sweets. Drink a lot of water. You should lose some excess water which is probably causing the bloat.

Try water pills, take them according to directions and they do help with the period bloat, water gain

I think the less water you drink is the more you retain, which is bloating, so drink more water.

Umm... read the link below its very helpful. It helped me. Period bloating i find that pamprin works for me.
