my friend just started dating this guy and she's having insecurities about herself and her worth to him, what his intentions are, cuz we are fairly young. and she cries about this cuz she likes him but she can't help but think that he's going to do her wrong somehow since she's had her heart broken badly before. so how do i help her? what do i say to her?

Hi tell you a joke, hope this will cheer you up. It goes:

-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?

Hope you like it. Be happy everyday.

I need to go to level 4. Help me and vote for me and I will vote for you also! Thanks! :-)

One more joke:

A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.

Just be yourself and care for the people around you. When you love and care for the others, others will also show you the same love. Just don't give up!!

Sounds like to me that your friend has a lot of trust issues. When you are looking for love, you set yourself up also for the possibility of a broken heart. It's unfortunate that your friend has had her heart broken before because now she is using her biases towards her new realtionship. She needs to give it a chance. If the guy turns up to eb a creep then she'll move on. But she can't base her new relationship on her old. It's not fair to the guy and it's not fair to her. You have to be open to a broken heart in love, because if you always hold back you miss out on a lot. It sounds to me that maybe she isn't emotionally ready to open her heart. Maybe a relationship isn't something she need right now.

Talk to her honestly, about the guy she's dating, and if he really is a good guy. And tell her there's nothing to worry about. Then take her out for ice cream and shopping, or something that she likes. And during the relationship make sure that your there for her, it'll make her feel a lot more secure.
