I've been having a huge headache for the past week, it's someone is drilling a hole into my skull. And I've been feeling like I'm going to be sick. My hands are shaking etc. But it's not like a huger cold, my head is really the only problem.

Sounds like you have a migraine, Take excedrine migraine. It is the most wonderful thing in the world. Take two tabs then lay down for a while hopefully when u wake up it will be gone. Some people however can only get rid of a migraine in the early stages (when it first starts) Good Luck!!!

Headaches are caused by tight neck muscles. Those muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around the head. When the neck muscles get tight they pull on the head muscles and when they go into pain you have your headache. Freeing up your neck muscles will get rid of it and here's how to free them up: Neck Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Sounds like you've got a migraine on your hands. Try excedrin and an ice pack at the base of your skull. E-mail me for some more ideas.

go lay down in a dark room with no noise and put a cool cloth on your forehead. It sounds like you have a migraine, tylenol might ease the pain a little but you will probably need to eventually go to the doctor to get something stronger.
