I can tell you that for me and most my girl friends the answer was yes, It did hurt me pretty bad, but the good thing to remember is that it only happens (the pain) that one time. Then for the rest of you "sex life" you get to enjoy it or you begin the process of learning about your body and what u like and dont like.
I used tampons for years b4 having sex and it still hurt me a great deal.
Good luck, and just try to relax because if your nervous and tense that will bring you more pain.

How old are you? I would say in most cases it does hurt and can be an extremelly painfull experience especially if your not ready for it. If your with someone you love and you take it really slow it should keep the pain down to a minimum and hey you may even really enjoy it, dont worry though if you don't, it normally becomes better in time.

Yes it does hurt because the the ligaments are being torn. I heard some girls even bleed their first time. But everyone is different.

Id say it does. But not much if the man is caring, understanding and gentle with you. Buy some lube... it might help a bit. If your still real young id say WAIT a few years. One time and you could get pregnate... your friends might say otherwise... but it is true... it can happen. make sure he's got a condom. But if your sure your ready.... make sure he is gentle.

yes it hurts a bit. but u can use sesam oil in your vagina then it may not hurt
