I would be pissed as I can be! Had it been me who'd stood behind McNair all this time faithfully, and performed decently when given the chance and took my lumps (ruptured spleen) like McNair did, to be treated like this with a threat to my job would be a slap in my face! I'd leave Nashville as soon as possible regardless of the consequences. I for one would wish Volek all the best should it come down to that.

If I were Billy Volek of the Titans, I'd take full advantage of my time to start right now, quietly accept my lot in life as a back up quarterback, and finally, I'd get some practice in holding the old clipboard...

Basically he's in the position because he wasn't showing he was good enough for the starting positon. TN management are trying to cover there asses. If i were him I would make sure I win game 1 to make manage feel that K. Collins should stay as a backup. Its survival of the fittest in the NFL. we are not talking about peanuts.

Stop sucking. Or console myself by telling myself how much money I'm making. Seriously, they're going to suck either way and Vince Young will be on the field by week 9 or so...or as soon as it becomes undeniable that they aren't going to the playoffs..

Try and find a way to kill Vince Young and steal his spot, or fake an injury so people feel sorry for me as I repeadltey blame my failure on that stupid O-line!

Look to be traded, just like he is now. Fisher has no faith in him whatsoever apparently. I have zero faith in Collins. How long has it been since he's been a winner? Stats mean absolutely nothing if you can't win games.
