Opt for wearing your whole outfit in one block colour if you can manage it,then add some nice accessories.. wrap tops or dresses are very flattering on your type of figure so they'd be a good investment..
Try wearing trousers that come to the knee with a nice shoe, this will automatically make you appear taller & thinner...
Its a very nice shape to have though so pretty much anything bought in the right size should be fine.

Ive also been described as hour glass, If I were you Id try clothes that were'nt to tight, slightly loose if neccessary. Try wearing jeans with a nice top, I tend to get my jeans from Gap because they have loads of different styles and maybe try H&M for a nice top?? Hope this is a start!!

Go shopping with a trusted mate (one who will tell you when you look like sh it)
try on loads of different style of clothes even stuff you would normally avoid.
If you have larger thighs avoid skinny jeans and go for bootleg cut trousers, stripes that go across make you look wider while ones that go down make you look longer, black is a slimming colour, avoid anything to tight but fitted makes you look slimmer

Don't go for anything too skin hugging. That doesn't suit anyone unless they have not fat at all. Personally I prefer people with a bit of fat, so probs there IMO.
Go for semi-casual, with maybe black jeans, not too tight but not overly loose. For a top, either a nice shirt, open at the neck, or a T-Shirt, preferably in a darker colour, that isn't skin tight, but isn't too loose or large on you.

Black is very slimming but its also hot, so depends where you live. If you live in a hot place any dark colors could probably work. Also ruffle your t-shirt up. When your waering it, kinda make it so there is some wrinkles, i got that from a fashion show so it might work. But i wouldn't worry about your shape, hour glass is hot.

Yes. I'm not fat either but I have curves.
Get rid of the baggy clothes...show everyone how beautiful you are by wearing feminine clothes....lots of skirts, dresses, pants that show your curves and tops that suit you.
