It looks like you are going to have to contact your ISP. If you can't get online, I hope you have an old bill showing their contact number. You should keep it handy when you call because they will want your account number, etc.

Better have a Spyware software installed in your PC. If you are using Microsoft Original Version you can download Microsoft defender and install it.

well, it myt be an effect of spywares!

try to scan ur PC wif some known anti-spywares and if possible, do a HijackThis scan!

the easy way to fix is reformat your computer ...next time dont trust computer about your file coz computer are un predictable
