The difference use to be more pronounced. Now with Wilmar in every city and television it has some what more similar. It is that certain groups of people and families settled in different areas and the accents became more pronounced. In the little place that I live most of these family have intermarried so many times. That they almost all have similarities in their features. You can almost tell which of the families people came from. So new blood is welcome. If you go to a different part of the country you can tell the people that are from the area. It is still like that as families settle together in certain areas, brother or sisters follow their siblings to a certain area because of work and they tend to live close to each other. They intermarry other family groups that are in the area and you get again the accent and similarity among certain populations. Like the Mennonites of Pennsylvania. There is a recessive gene that affects their new Born's and because of generations of families marrying into families this gene keeps popping up in the children making them the children that are affected die. If you trace their genealogy lines back you will see where the families intermarried. In my fathers family tree there are 7 marriages between two families in 3 generations.

I am very sorry, but I just don't understand why limiting what a boarder can do would make a difference between people. If you are boarding in someones house then you have to abide by the rules of the house and should know them going into the contract. If you have a boarder and you tell him/her the limits of what they can or cannot do while living in your house it should not affect the relationship between you. I realize that some people cannot live with limits placed upon them and if this is the case they should avoid situations where they may run into set limits, rules, etc.

Oops, did you mean BORDERS, the dividing line between countries? Well the only thought I have on the matter is that if there are borders between countries then there automatically are differences between people just by being of different backgrounds and upbringings.

Sorry about the first answer I just went by the word you placed in your question.
