Is there any site from where I can get free e-books especially the 7 books written by C.S.Lewis on Narnia? Thanks.

I don't know, but didn't C.S. Lewis once say, "If you cannot purchase these writings, then go and steal them. Steal them and be FREE"

I don't know about free, but you could try Google Books. I have found some free eBooks just by putting "free ebooks" into a search engine. Yeah, you have to wade through some that are a waste of time, but that's also how you discover hidden gems out amongst the vast fields of useless info that is the internet.
Most of the time, the only free ones are going to be old books that the copyright has either run out, or is inexpensive and owned by someone that uses it as a promotional tool.

I'm afraid you won't find "The Chronicles of Narnia" texts on-line; they're all still protected by copyright law.
That link the 2nd answerer gave won't get you any C S Lewis.
As the 1st answerer wrote. the library is the best place to go for those books for free.

I don't believe so unless you check your local library....which would be a good place to start in the first>Those are classics and I have them in my home library
