This is what Ozzie Guillen had to say on Sunday, following his team's 6-1 victory over the Wild-Card leading Minnesota Twins, whom he has taken to calling "the Pirannhas":
"I'm going to bring some poison from Venezuela to kill the piranhas. We got piranhas in our country. I'm going to call my dad to see how we can kill those piranhas. Put some poison in the water."
These are clearly terroristic threats against an entire Major League Baseball team.
Why hasn't the FBI arrested him by now?

Sadly, this might be the smartest thing Ozzie has ever said.
Seriously, the media must be really desperate for news if they have to hang on anything Ozzie Guillen says. As with most baseball managers, his decision-making has very little to do with their winning or losing, and he's proven countless times that he's not a smart man.
I think it's hilarious that sportswriters gave him so much credit for the Sox winning last season. Personally, I would have thought that the awesome performance they got from their top four pitchers was more important, but apparently a guy sitting on the bench was far more important.

Well i hadnt heard that. but Ozzie says about 100 stupid things a day. i really think he is just asking to be fired. he already admitted his managing skills have nothing to do with the white sox success as of late. everyday he spouts stupid/racist crap and noone does anything about it. but we see it in all sports. managers and owners can say and do whatever they want. if a player had said something like that they would be fined and suspended. but since the owners and managers have their hands in each others pockets you cant punish one without the other.

THIS IS BULL I REMEMBER WATCHING THAT GAME ON WGN. HE SAID THE TWINS ARE LIKE PIRANAS WHEN U PLAY THEM BECAUSE THEY SLOWLY KILL U LIKE A PIRANA. THEY DONT HAVE AN AWESOME BATTING LINEUP THEY HAVE CLUTCH HITTING AND A GOOD OUTFIELD.
