The yellow board car is a local transport it cannot be given on rental to any travel agency because when ever vacant it ths to show the glowing sign of for HIRE it it has to have a money rating meter attached to it approved by the local RTO if put into any other mode of travel or used to ferry only luggage from point to point will be ILLEGAL friend only ply it on the city roads with the meter and earn much more.
