I have had an increase appetite, sore breasts, hair loss. There hasn't been any nausea. I have taken 3-4 pregnancy tests, and they ALL are negative. i don't think I am pregnant.

I have to agree that you should go to your doctor. Hair loss and increased appetite says thyroid problems to me, but I'm certainly not a doctor. (check out www.armourthyroid.com for some other symptoms) The not having a period, though... are you very very very stressed out? An ovarian cyst can also mimc pregnancy in some instances. You can look at www.mayoclinic.com for more sympotoms and diagnoses if you want to have an informed opinion before you go to see your doctor.

it sounds like you are either pregnant or you may have Endometriosis, which is a bad thing, i had 4 surgeries for that, and every time it was pre- cancer!! I also took 4 pregnancy tests and they all said not pregnant!! I even went to the Dr. and they did 2 more to finally find out that i was!! i was 3 months late on my period and had all the same symptoms you are having too. I got to carry my baby till I was 7 months along, today would have been his 12th b-day, please go to the Dr. ASAP!!! you really might be in trouble, i would not wish what i went through on my worst enemy!!!

definitely consult a doctor. its possible you may be pregnant. not all women experience nausea. but the sore breasts are pretty common in early pregnancy.
if your not pregnant, the doctor will need to find out why you are having these sypmtoms. i know its the usual response, but go see a doc. at least to put your mind at ease.

You could be pregnant but I'm not a doctor. Go to your local health clinic and they can run some better tests on you to see what the problem is.

Find a rabbit. Inject your blood into it. If in the end of it you still have a live rabbit, congratulations you're having a baby :D

Please go and consult a gynea immediately. Menstruals disorder may cause cancer . I m facing the same problem and i hv not had my menstrual for a long time. I m currently on medication and still its not working though.
However i hv one fear, dunno if there is anything wrong with me
