Usually its 18 if child graduates before they are 18 or graduation and no later than 19 1/2 if they are still in high school. Check the court documents and with the child support authorities in IL to be sure.

Hi, I am 19 and am from IL. I received death benefits because of my mom, until the day I graduated from high school... which was months after I had turned 18.
However now the bastards are saying they overpaid me, so watch out because they're pretty bad about 'overpaying' you and then demanding money back.

The law may not have anything to do with it. check the terms and conditions of your agreement. Most terms are until the age of 18 or until the child finishes high school, whichever comes first. To a maximum of age of course..
