ronaldinho is the current fifa player of the year. however, zidane got the golden ball in the world cup, where ronaldinho's performance was horrible. so zidane is the best footballer

no one's better than zidane at this moment. even though he just retired recently, he's still the best footballer for me. henry is also one of the best footballers around. though i've to admit that he's being overshadowed by zidane's popularity.. as for the others, you have to see cristiano ronaldo play, he's beginning to be an eye-catcher these days...probably he'll be one of the best someday:D

HAHA, I think the person means Euopean Football, not our American version. Anyway I follow that sport (we call it soccer in the states) as well as american, and I would say Rhiodinaino is the best (sorry about spelling)
