SEVEN JEANS!!! those are the best.... er i think theyre really called like 7 for all Mankind.... yep those always look good on people. Great fit.
Some other good brands are Rock & Republic, Citizens of Humanity, Diesel, oooh and Antik Denim are pretty loose fitting and look very nice. They're probably close to what you're looking for.
Marshall Fields sells really really nice pairs too, especially for men.

Um well i am not sure about men's but i know for women's dolce and gabbana has some jeans that are sorta loose but not baggy or anything like that and i would also try true religion jeans they will probably have something that would satisfy you.

Hey man, save your money. What good are $80 jeans? You can get the same thing, with a lesser label for $20. I would be putting the extra towards my future, not looking GQ'd.
