I have heard several myslef like after sex if a woman keeps her feet in the air for 15 minutes she is sure to concieve...... (that is probably my favorite one).

I don't think there is any 'truth' in these pregnancy myths. But U can 'read' the 'signs' Ur body is giving U to see when U are ovulating. That seems to work best - I have 3! (children). Hope this helps =)

I was told that if you put your arms above your head while you'r pregnant that you will strangle the baby with the umbical cord because you will wrap it around the baby's neck. It is not true. I asked my DR.
I was told that if you hold a needle and thread over your belly and watch which it turns it will determine the sex of your child. That is not true. I have three girls and was supposed to have a boy.?!

I don't really believe in those urban legends but I know one thing that works is to have lots of sex and lots of fun doing it ;)

No, but if you find out when you ovulate, that is a way to better your chances of a pregnancy!
