Only difference being Captain Kirk is younger than TJ Hooker, so you would assume that he would win.
However, Hooker was a smart cookie, so he could, I suppose trick Kirkie into using up all his energy, then just bop him on the head with his fist and knock him out.
Personally, I'd like to see both characters eaten by a commercial paper-shredder and spat out into horse manure.........I can't stand William Shat-on.

Think that he was wearing a girdle when Hooker was being filmed, and would say Kirk would kick( his own ***). Although Hooker would be used to down and dirty fighting and come to think of it the smothering with a hairpeice would be inventive!!!!
