I would change the administrator in the job, the system, the damned president of the company, the books we use..
I would fire the president, administrator, some teachers...
I'd change the policies and above all, I'd change the way I get paid and double the amount 10 times...

i would fire the assistant manager and a lot of the crew members and hire people with a least half a brain

Income definitely! I wouldn't fire anyone but I would demote my boss. She's not a very good supervisor. I don't know how she got there. But I don't like it.
