I understand you have no energy, but one of the reasons you don't is because you don't exercise. Energy comes from putting forth work. I am 29 years old myself, and due to my lack of energy, plus a prehypertensive state that I discovered 2 weeks ago...I got fed up. I was tired of being tired, and I wanted nothing to do with high blood pressure; especially at my young age. Being the fact you have children, the best thing I can suggest is taken them on walks with you. If they are in the stroller still, take them in the stroller. If they are walking, have them walk with you. A friend of mine who is my accountability partner is doing this with her children (she has 2 walking talking girls, and the other is a little boy who is still in a stroller). It can be done, but the only way you can get energy is if you exercise. Sorry, but it is the truth. I have more energy than I ever imagined, and my my blood pressure has gone down within 2 weeks to normal...and I am losing weight. So it is awesome!

uncertain what you have been instructed to do while this occurs, yet is the only insulin you're on is nova-speedy? if so you will might desire to strengthen the dose. Do your finger till now breakfast, lunch (morning tea in case you have something then), afternoon tea, dinner, mattress and around a million-2am interior the morning. My 12 12 months previous son grew to become into the comparable and we had the comparable situation. We discovered that it grew to become into the time that we did the finding out that grew to become into incorrect. once you alter insulin you try this each 3 days till you get the splendid dose. Do you notice and endocrine dr or basically a gp? Do you notice and educator? there is such a number of questions that i might desire to as to confirm why. ideal propose i provide you with is do the exams once I mentioned and notice the place you're going up and down. in case you have and infections your blood sugar would be intense to administration the an infection. the different subject to remember is that your insulin basically lasts for a million month out of the refrigerator, after that it is going off. consistently rotate your injection sites so which you don't get fatty lumps as this might make the insulin be saved n your fat or maybe if if it truly is hit provide you with a deadly dose at any given time. i'm hoping that I certainly have helped and powerful good fortune with all of it.

Are youu sure you don't have Anemia? Because I do & I tell ya it's a b*tch. Having low iron means having NO energy. Maybe just try taking some vitamins, ones that have greens in them. I hear they're really good.

We really need more info from you for this one. For example, did they test you for anemia? Are you overweight? Either of those conditions will cause you to be lethargic, and there are more, depending on your physical attributes.
