I used to have a temper now i am very relaxed there are two important things that i do
1. Rember that anger is all mental if you don't want to get worked up or mad just controll your mind and think about something good

2. Take your mind off the situation at hand try to sing a song in your head or just think of a funny tv show you have watched. Overall remeber that life is very short and if you are always mad it will get you NOWHERE

I would count to ten. Also think about how things could be worst. Trust me there are worst things going on in the world. Just keep a cool head and if needed talk to yourself to calm yourself.

First-under no circumstances loose your temper. no count how mad you get, under no circumstances provide every person the delight of exhibiting which you're uncontrolled. examine what reaction the guy is attempting to get from you and why they are doing or asserting even if. Arguments are a game and that they are in a position to't be gained. So study the policies and play. If somebody is basically screaming, talk decrease and decrease till they might desire to end shouting to pay attention you. in case you pick an argument to esculate, then call call. in case you opt to sluggish it down, then talk circumstances. occasion-It truly upsets me while i am going into the showering room and your grimy socks are everywhere in the floor and that i might desire to %. them up. might you please positioned them interior the abate particularly of your the style of lazy *ss! It is going on and on and can get to be relaxing. journey is the ideal instructor for coping with situations. once you completely screw up and say or do something stupid, there is no longer plenty you're able to do yet smile and basically save going or snort it off. all of us makes errors and all of us else is conscious it. basically don't get embarrassed and clam up, save conversing and be attractive. there is no longer something extra effective than pointing out the obtrusive such besides, that grew to become into truly stupid. it is going to all blow over.

Growing up with my mom who was always attempting suicide and raising 6 kids (3 boys, and 1 girl who was worst then the boys) I learned early on not to panic when I saw slashed wrists, head in the oven, bloody noses, broken bones, bicycle wrecks, etc. etc. I just kept my cool and did whatever needed to be done....

A British friend of mine was very good at staying cool in even the most serious situations. I asked him once how he did it and he said that he just kept telling himself "Stay calm, stay calm... the way things are going, it will all be over soon... so stay calm"

Two verses from the bible:

-Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all of these things will be added unto you.

-The anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God.
