Well if they have the tiny spider body but the real REAL long legs - we always called them "daddy long legs".

But if it's the kind with a million legs and long body and run really fast...it's a centipede.

There called "Daddy long-legs" They like damp and dark rooms.Just use any indoor "Bug Stop" to kill them. They are of no harm to you.

After seeing the web site photo,They appear to be some sort of Silverfish. If they are, they are attracted to paper products, like old books, newspapers ect,You can go to Ortho.com to see if they are some type of silverfish. What ever they are,you can spray "Bug Stop" or "Home Defense" products, around the are to terminate them.

more information required. Are they black? How many legs?
"daddy long legs" has 6 or 8, also known as a Crane Fly, harmless but annoying. But I don't think this is what you mean.
