if you get a player with the 'plays for sure' label you can buy songs off walmart.com for only 88 cents and the iriver clix is a great option but not very much GB's and creative zen vision is good too but make sure you get a warranty at least for the first year w/ a Zen.

I totally love mine, I am not sure whyiPod is so popular.
What I like is that it does FM radio and voice rcorder too and no special software like iRiver or iPod.

yea they are going to greater healthful however the Scandisk is a robust mp3 participant i had one however the battery purely has a constrained recharge you may get a alternative battery from the corporation yet i never did mines died after a month..you ought to attempt the ipod it is much less perplexing to discover battery replacements

Don't waste your money. With the cost of the player and the cost of each song it's like apple has you by the short hairs.

Whatever you do, don't get an I-Pod because they are very unreliable and the warranty doesn't last long enough for those peices of crap.
