still a developing country with a decent growth rate, not because of government efforts but because of efforts of people. Government will still be corrupt neglecting basic necessities of human, ignoring growing needs of infrastructure etc.

Fifteen years is not that much time for changing a countries positions on most matters. More like 50 years is a better number. But, as the second most populated country in the entire world, they will probably be right up there with China in the industrial production of goods. And, not being under a government that treats its citizens like China does, they could become the next most trade building country and rival all others on exports.
