me and my ex broke up after telling her that i was being tested for stds because my previous ex called me and left a message that she had an std. She was mad that I didn't tell her. I finally dropped everything of hers off at her apartment and we talked and she said I sorry it ended this way I thought we'd be together for ever. I asked why are you fighting what you feel and she said that I kept something from her for 6months and did not tell her. I asked then this is it she said if its ment to be its ment to be after asking again she said yes its over and started crying saying I cant keep going through this.

You should work through your problems together. She might be saying that because she is scared. Obviously she cares for you in some form or manner but she's afraid. It would've been best to tell her though. Maybe she just needs some time to work through her own emotions.
