here our service provider in UAE(etislat) day by day blocking many internet services. like voip and many other useful sites along with this.. i need a tool or trick which can defeat it.. can you help me .....

Try to find a website that serves as a proxy in order to get around the filters. Try Google's translation service. Choose to translate a website from English to English. That way the site you'd like to visit will be served to you through Google. This assume's that Google's translation service is not blocked :-)

1. YOu risk going to jail by by-passing the filters
2. Your entire internet service could be cut off if you do it
3. Of course, the unlikely solution is to find an internet provider that doesn't do the filtering.

i live in china and i have a similar problem. over here the government blocks certain websites.
i use these things called proxys to get around it.
theres a lot of them on the internet, but i use one called anonymouse. http://www.anonymouse.org
dont know if you can use voip through that particular proxy though. if not you can fdefinitely find one that will through a web search now that you know what to look for.
