I do not believe there are any bolt on kits for this, but I have seen such a thing done. There was an interesting web page I once saw somebody with a twin turbo 460 in a Fairmont. Unfortunately, it's now gone offline.
At any rate, if you want to do this, the answer is going to be the length of a book. I suggest you get a copy of Hugh MacInnes's Turbochargers and Corky Bell's Maximum Boost if you want to try this yourself. Or you may want to find a local guru who builds custom turbo setups. You will probably want two pretty large turbos for this. Two of the ones they used on Buick Grand Nationals ought to do. Then you will need to find a way to adapt them to your exhaust manifolds, plumb everything up, and tune it all.
Like I said, if you need a complete answer of everything involved, it would be the size of a book. But this would be a pretty cool project, and I wish you the best of luck at it.

There are several bolt on options in turbos, however, a supercharger has less lag and will boost much faster.

Turbos don't do well on large cube engines you want to run a blower supercharger instead.
