I am trying to track down lost luggage in Prague and can't figure out how to dial the darn number!

dial 00 then the country code wid the area code and the phone number all as 1 number
so dial 00 420 2
420 is czech's country code 2 is prague's code and then dial the number you have

You should dial 00 4202 plus the number you need to contact, without the first figure (if it's 2), or without the first two figures (if it's 02).

if you are dialing from USA dial 011-420 (Prague area code)
if you are dialing from UK dial 001- 420
