GO AHEAD AND TRY. IT'S ONLY WHEN YOU TRY THAT THE BALL STARTS ROLLING.

Ok first off make sure she is a lesbian too and that she's not seeing anyone. I liked my boss too but she was dating someone else at the time they broke up and she started dating someone else. I still asked her out and we have been together since then. Go for it girl. Good Luck

Boss - employee personal relationships are soooo filled with implications way beyond how you personally feel about each other. There's a huge power imbalance, and a lot of reasons why it's generally not accepted by employers. My advice, get a job working for someone else if you believe there's serious potential with her. Then you're equals without the baggage concerns of how it may influence either of your paychecks or work life.

From experience in firing employees in supervision position that date employees whom they supervise. Find out if she is 1) A lesbian 2) interested in you. If both check out quit your job and then hook up(if it means that much to you). So many people with supervision positions are getting fired for dating on the job. If you date and she loses her job for violating company rules, she might become resentful towards you.

no, its not a good thing to do. I had this huge crush on my lecturer i mean it was boardering on an obsession. we were flirting outrageously with each other, but we both knew it couldn't go any further. not very ethical. i guess when i finish my course it will be all fine... don't ask your boss out. wait until you leave or a xmas party

Send hints that u like her,she might respond positively, who knows. The next step to do when you find out if she likes u or doesnt is to either start a beautiful friendship or simply back-off or look for someone who works nearby.Goodluck!

If you know that she is gay as well. If not you could run into a lot of trouble. Bosses should not date employees any way. It's unlawful.

i think you need to to seriously think about this, do you know if she is lesbian herslf? do you want to risk the fact you may loose your job? there are many down falls in this altough you say you love her it could just be a crush thats best kept within for awhile

What do you do when after you sleep with her and things do not work out? What if after this fling she finds a reason to fire you? Just things to think about.

no girl........... not until you work somewhere else. it has the potential to get very messy if you work together. and not in a bad way.. but either way messy, distracting, complicated.
when you work somewhere else..... go for it.
