Dont swim too much the pool water harm in your body b'coz it have chlorine. So its better to dont take oily food.

Swimming causes you to eat more food ... so actually you gain weight .. but if swim for a period of say.. 30mins a day then go for a stroll or a bike ride then come back & snack *Note: dont eat till your full, snack (& snack every 10-20 mins) then when you feel a bit unstarved eat your lunch. this will make you eat less food during luch.. thus the body needs protein & it will detrioate the extra fat on your body for the protein supply.. note- it takes a while before you notice significant weight loss.
plus you should skip daily this should alos help

The time you take for swimming makes the point, not whether you know it or not.Half an hour swimming is enough to be slim as per my experience.

Swimming is an exercise that doesn't burn a lot of calories UNLESS YOU DO IT RIGHT. if you are doing it right the amt of calories you burn will be more than that of running.
Are you eating a lot more than you used to? Try snacking on fresh fruits and vegetables instead.
Also, try other forms of exercises IN ADDITION to swimming. (eg brisk walk, jogging, biking etc) Do weight lifting too since muscles burn more calories than fat even when you're not exercising.

alongwith the swimming you need to have proper diet, only swimming won't work. try to do every day atleast 30 min's brisk walk, it really helps...

learning swimming or flying cannot slimmed you .change your eating habit,avoid junk foods,think how calories burns out.
after all swimming is fun, ha?
