Well testosterone, insulin and growth hormone all have a huge impact on your development. The sad truth is the only supplements that had any real proof that they increased testosterone have been taken off of the market by the FDA(things like androstenedione).Tribulus terrestris offers claims of clinical proof but that was one study with no control group in Bulgeria. The Bulgarian government did this to try to make an excuse as to why their Olympians were testing positive in drug tests. That didn't work. It's failed every viable test some evenshowing decreased performance in the US and that's why it;s still on the market.Clinical testing has shown that post work out supplementation of 70 grams of simple carbs and 50 grams of whey protein will increase both Test and growth hormone. This must be done within 1/2 hour to get this benefit.Make sure that you consume some form of protein every 3 hours to retain a positive nitrogen balance and remain anabolic.Eating many small meals thoughout the day will increase insulin secretion which is responsible for transporting the nutrients to the mitochondria of the cells further augmenting the anabolic effect of your work out.Try using creatine along with these guidelines as well.Creatine is not a steroid as many people think and is made naturally by your body. The water retention from creatine is intramuscular and not subcutaneous so it will not have a negative impact on your definition but will increase the volume of your muscles and give you a little added strength when converted into adenosine triphosphate. If w/c means whey concentrate there is no protein on earth that has a higher biological value in humans. The best on on the market is Designer Whey from Next Proteins. It's both hydrolized for easier digestion and glutamine enriched.Glutamine has also been shown in clinical tests to increase growth factors in athletes when consumed by mouth in dosages of 2 grams.
And Lee haney was one of the biggest illegal drug users of his day.He tested positive for steroids one time and was disqualified according to an old article in Muscle and Fitness that I still have. All of those higher level pros spend 30-60 thousand dollars a year on various drugs but the tests are vey outdated, for a reason because everyone would fail if they used spectroscopy to test which they will never do.Urine tests arevey easy to beat while hair analysis is nearly impossible to beat.Noone would come to see these shows if the entrants were not so big. Thus the sanctioning bodies use the most basic testing to show that it looks like they're doing something.Don't fall for products from SDI labs that use the names of steroids for their products because none of them work or contain any anabolic substances.More proof of that at ripoffreport.com under legalsteroids.

Yes, one of the key elements that build muscle size. But your body will produce the natural testosterone.....don't get into any drugs or steroids. I built my body from hard work and no supplements except for 88% milk protein. I made my own milk shakes, ate very small meals 6 - 8 times a day, and did my cardio on rest days.

You dont need any external supplaments or hormones to increase muscle mass, besides its illegal and will get you kicked out of any professional competition.

All you need is lots of hard work and a healthy diet to increase muscle mass!!!

Look at lee haney, 8 time mr. olympian and he never once used any hormones, artifical whatevers, or peformance enhancing substances.

Also, creatine doesn't increase muscle mass as some in here have said it does!! Its a myth!! Creatine does not increase muscle mass!!! Creatine is just an alternate supply of energy for when you run out of energy from the the energy you get from all the calories, carbs, and protein you have consumed throughout the day. Creatine is naturaly created by the body. Creatine does not need to be taken in alternate forms.
