"c/o" means care of.
The 2nd line shows that the person who have addressed you is working for that particular company.

"Care of" meaning ... lets say i go on vacation and am staying at my grammas so you would write To: Me C/o my gramma. So the first line would be the person's name and they are in care of the company.

In care of. Say your sending a letter to someone but you aren't sure they are going to get it there, so you can put c/o to someone you know is there and going to get it. But in your case they just want to make sure it goes to the right person.
