How can I go or contact the News Organizations and expose this harassment?

The Council on American-Islamic Relations may be interested. Are you Muslim? Do you look like an Arab? What activity do you do that seems suspicious? Perhaps you are just being paranoid as one person suggested. If you have done nothing wrong, you have nothing to be worried about.

why no lawyers? If I had a legal problem, I would want one.
The media might not be your friend. First, they probably wouldn't think your story warrants airing (unless they can make you sound like a suspicious dangerous person. Now that would raise ratings). Second, if they did tell your story, people watching might just view you as another paranoid delusional person, or a suspicious character who SHOULD be followed.
Do you often feel like you are being watched/ followed? Are you afraid of lawyers because you think they are part of a conspiracy or something? Maybe you should talk to a counselor. It might be paranoia. Do you have evidence you are being followed or just believe this?
I don't think you need a lawyer or the media. I think you need a therapist.
Look at it this way, if you really do nothing wrong, what can they find by watching you? That you like to feed pidgeons or read poetry? If you have a normal quiet life, they should get bored watching you. Don't be frightened. Wave and smile.

bro they follow me everywhere i go
they are ahead of me, behind me , and seem to float along everywhere i go. they sometimes flatten my tires and follow me closely everywhere i go.
