Your question makes no sense, but I think I can give you an answer anyway.

If the TV was designed to be used in America or in a country that uses the American power standard and the NTSC TV standard signal, then it is designed to run on 60 Hz AC power. If the TV was designed to operate in Europe on in any part of the world where the TV standard is PAL or SECAM, then it's designed to run on 50 Hz power.

The 2 are not compatible.

It on your TV manual in the spec page in the back with power of the speakers etc.

my auntie has a Hz universal tester u can buy 1 for about 2 quid its like a remote u point it towarsd the tv and it test it for u. u can buy them at tv most shops
