Of course! But if you want the better jobs and the better pay, a degree is typically the way to go. You don't even need a BA exactly, you could get an Associates degree, which only takes two years instead of four years.

You would just check the admission requirements for the program you're interested in applying for. Some majors require you to have a bachelor's degree in that field, while others do not. Also note: Some only require you to have earned a few credits in that subject. So you would need to check the graduate catalog.

You can get any employment without any degree as long as you are honest, hardworking, dedicated, ready to learn new things, and determination to better yourself.
