I just found out I am pregnant and just as the stick is positive my sinus hurt..headache, and I can't breath. I took an all natural spray that has helped a little but this is awful!

CONGRATS!!! still nothing for me...but you need to either call your GP or OB/GYN so they can tell you what you should and shouldnt use

Talk to your OB/GYN. They can give you a list of medications that you can use. I know my OB told me NOT to use the little Vicks Inhalers because it contains Camphor, which is not safe in pregnancy.
