It's interesting that you asked this because I've been wondering the same thing! I mean, I know what the London Bridge is but why is the London Bridge hers and why does it want to go down???

When I was little, I used to sing a song called "London Bridge is Falling Down" (I think that's what it's called...). Do you think it could be related to it in some way? Hmmm....

Okay. I read the lyrics just now and I really think the London Bridge going down is symbolic of her physical or emotional reaction to the guy she talks to in the track. The reason I say this is because in the 'original' London Bridge song, the London Bridge falls down and 'falling' can be linked to falling in love or falling into, um...ecstasy. In Fergie's version, this guy makes her bridge want to go down. Fall..."go down"...I think it means the same thing.

I mean, look at the words:

How come every time you come around
My London London Bridge wanna go down
Like London London London
Wanna go down like
London London London

Think it makes sense?

The lyrics are nonsensical.Clearly, even Fergie doesn't know what she means, since she is singing about London Bridge, whilst standing in front of Tower Bridge.
