Er, the GTO is not a 4 door...
I have 2 old GTOs, and think the new ones look great. More importantly, they drive and handle fantastic! Faster than my '67, and can deal with twisty roads, and actually stop!
Some people gripe about the style, I don't. I always seem to be able to spot them on the road, although you will never see all that many of them out there.

They are great cars. Styling could be tweaked a bit...but the 2006 model year is the last year of production. Pontiac is rumored to be bringing back the Trans-AM, using the new Camaro concept. nope, the new GTO's compares NOT to the real GTOS!! That bodysytle is rather garbage and not of GM Material, well its obvious that Holden has their hands all over it. Like the Dodge Charger, it looks to damn boxy opposed to its predecessors!!
The King is just simply saying that it could have been a little longer and agressive! Have you seen the new Lumina SS!! Check it out, its body looks like a bigger GTO!! Has RWD and a LS2 in it!! Yep,..its another Holden Body style from Austrailia, the Saudis, yes the Saudis are driving around in them already, before the US!! Insn't that something!?

I loved the old GTOs, but these new ones are nothing but a sad attempt to put a fast engine in an ugly package. They look like they should be a Sunbird or something.....very lacking in the looks department.

There fast 6.0. But not to sporty for such a fast car. Hope to see Pontiac come back with the old look TRANS AM with the bird on the hood.

They are a far cry from the Muscle cars of the 60's 70's! But then again so is the gas milage!

i like all GTO's but those. why? cause GM cancled the camaro, to bring us this austrialian car that looks more like a grand am and a mazda 6 then a muscle car. its sad really.

Yes, the build quality is extremely good for such a low price. 400 hp, but it just doesn't have the safety features all the other sport cars have.

Yes, they look pretty sweet. I like the new 'Tangs also. It is nice to see the muscle cars making a comeback even if I cannot afford the gas to drive them....lol.
