The answer is of course Ten Thousand.
This can be solved by "Rule of Three".
1% means ONE per HUNDRED.
Therefore the formula goes like this.
A] For 100----------------it is 1 [B]
C] For 1000000--------it is 1000000X1/100 = 10000

It is always C multiplied by B and product divided by A
There might be a reason behind asking such a simple question. Would you share the secret of it ?
