He should be held accountable for his other crimes and responsible for the taxpayers dollars that brought him back to the U.S.-My question would be what did he do or was about to get caught at in Thailand ? apparently he would have got a lot worse treatment or guilty without fair trial there to have "confessed" only to be brought back here. I think he is a delusional(sp?) spineless little worm.

yea from the time i saw the mark karr guy i knew their was something odd about him and now i know for a fact that he didn't do it. I think he should be charged for the other crimes he commmited. but the question of who killed jonbenet still hasn't been answered.

The guy is definitely messed up - he certainly wanted attention in this case and he got it, but the moment has passed. The sad thing is the taxpayers are always penalized for the actions of another.

Yes he is obviously a predator of little girls. So he should be prosecuted for all crimes that he has already committed. He is obviously unstable and needs to put away.

Um...why would we send him to California for that?? And yes, he should be punished for his crimes. Jon Benet killing or not, he has committed other crimes that we used to extradite him. Gov't has to follow through on something.
