Yes ... all the time!!
Your body needs more sugar whilst around the time of the month. Therefore you need to eat and drink more to maintain you blood sugars. Try having a sweet item like an apple or a bit of choc - it really works.
I am 22 yrs old and had this for 10yrs!

ya it happens to me too, and it actually started pretty recently too. This last time i actually got out of bed in the morning and fell straight onto the floor cause i didn't expect the wave of dizzyness lol...pretty funny now that i can look back on it. But it sucks....just one of those other wonderful things we get to deal with (yayy for us!!) i've always gotten pretty nauseous though, and if you have any pepto bismol, or any sort of ant-acid it usually takes the edge off for me. (they sell really great pepto-bismol in pill form too) sometimes it's just the feeling that you're trying to do something to help it that makes it go away. make sure you drink plenty of water, and put your head down if you need it, rememer it won't last forever!!!

when you menstruate, your body loses quite a bit of your natural resources. i've had it ever since i started and my parents always used to tell me "you must drink epsom salts" yuk!!!!! anyway, my boyfriend knows that when it comes to that time of the month, he must buy me at least 3 slabs of chocolate so that i'll feel better. i even get dizzy spells when i don't have my period and it just means that my body is missing those indulgent (and non-indulgent) nutrients. always have a few bucks handy to get yourself that something sweet. it helps.

Yes, it can happen. If you get to the point you feel like you'll pass out, maybe see the doc.
