Hmm, I wonder when I will fall to the ground and begin to foam at the mouth.

Yikes, I hope you haven't started foaming yet. I had the eyelid twitching problem a couple of years back when I was not getting enough sleep and then trying to keep myself awake during the day with tons of caffeine. I think it was the combination of lack of sleep and the caffeine which made me look like I was winking at every guy in the office. Try cutting down on the coffee or Red Bull to see if that helps.

I would definitely check this out with a doctor. An eye twitch that won't go away after a few days could be an early symptom of MS.
I would want a doctor to rule this out...but if caught early, MS is very treatable.

Is either down to stress, tiredness or you are putting strain on your eyes and need to get an eye test. Eye tests are now free for everyone. Lots of new equipment also. They take photos of the inside of your eye.

Psycho eye is very irritating, I have it now again when I've left my glasses at home or have not had much sleep.

I recommend eating a little bit more salt in you diet, or have a friend punch you in the eye. Man when that thing swells up you will be lucky to have it twitch.

Try eating a banana everyday for a week. When I have charlie horses or twitches, its usually because I am low on potassium. Its a cheap fix and bananas are good for you! To your health!

I get a twitchy eyelid when I'm tired. Maybe you need some serious sleep (and perhaps a holiday!).

You won't. It's mere fatigue, but to be on the safe side consult with an opthalmologist because it shouldn't take this long.
