There will be class speech presentation next monday, and I still can't find any topics. It actually can be anything, but with interest. I don't want to talk about the importance of health or environment.
I am looking for a topic that can attract people attention.

Without a little more information about your interests it is difficult to make some suggestions. But you are here with us at Yahoo Answers. Have you consider a presentation about Yahoo answers? How it started, how it works, the problems, the funny and human sides, the advantages?
Good luck, let us know more and we can help more.

Is it on a specific area like informative, persuasive, demostrative, etc. If it's not then is there anything that you do or like that you could talk about for a given time. Here are some examples that I used when I had a speech class - shoplifting, driving laws, the environment, the death penalty [this one is used often]. Someone did a speech on pitbulls - since they get a bad rep.

I also found this site http://www.hawaii.edu/mauispeech/html/infotopichelp.html#General that gave general topics. Hopefully one of these will be helpful to you!

For attracting the people's attention you can present a story which includes the importance of health or environment.

There are alot of topics in the news right now, of course, living in Louisiana ......I would suggest a speech presentation about all the fraudulent issues of Hurricane Katrina, or the low-key non-help for the victims of Hurricane Rita. (Rita was not as devastating but there were also alot of damage with that hurricane that nobody seems to want to talk about.)
You could also bring to the forefront the topic of crop and livestock damage that both hurricanes caused........
