I would have to agree with the Saving Private Ryan one, i still watch it through my fingers and it brings me to tears.
I love the mini car chase in Bourne identity and the opening plane crash in the new Superman movie.
Saw it in the cinema and the hairs stood up on the back of my neck.
The lord of the rings must have the best scenes of action in them even if they are mostly computer generated.
The house of flying daggers whilst the running on top of the bamboo canes.
I could go on and on.

The bank sequence in 'The Bourne Identity' is very very cool, the car chase in 'The Peacemaker', and pretty much the whole of 'Speed'. The lobby gunfight from 'The Matrix' has already been mentioned!

The Gunfight scene in four brothers. Classic edge of the seat stuff. I didn't think that Mark Wahlberg could act before I saw that film.

The Normandy landing in Saving Private Ryan is in my opinion the best war sequence I have ever seen on film. It is so good that it transcends entertainment and turns into one of the greatest anti-war films of all time, vying with All Quiet on the Western Front (the original, not the remake), for first place.........................

each second of the Kill bill volumes. superbly directed through none different then quinten tarantino and impecable performing through uma thurman. also, the scene in v for vendetta even as natalie portman is locked into the cellular and tortured to grant out advice on the wereabouts of V. it really is so functional. And the scene following it even as she's sobbing and would't talk.... very proper. The action picture Into the Wild... i love it even as Tracy and Chris sing the music mutually. this is the type of gentle second for her.
